Big guy, little guy

Waiting at the doctor's office and playing with the toys. Shay is 26 pounds 4 ounces and 32 inches tall. Soren is 16 pounds 4 ounces and 27 inches tall (Sara said his leg was bent and he is taller than that).

Shay finds rules to be frustrating. He lost his cool when asked to eat only at the table.

Soren felt mostly better today. Spinach for breakfast.

All ready to go out. It snowed, but we forgot to play in it.

At lunch the boys enjoyed French fries while I enjoyed a mini French raspberry birthday beer.

Shay had a throw down over my wallet. When I said, "I smell pretzels." He was all better and walked on.

The escalator blew his mind. I think he would have ridden it all night.

Happy Friday

Today the weather went from cool to snow.

Shay loved walking outside.

Soren occasionally enjoyed playing with toys.

Sara used this high chair when she was a baby. The seat belt barely went around Shay.

Shay and the sippy cup. He doesn't seem to understand to tip the cup for water. I laid him on the table so he could take a drink by himself instead of being frustrated with the cup.


The girls went shopping and Bubba, the boys and I stayed home. They boys were too wound up to go to bed so I took them for a walk. They were goofy little balls of energy after and Shay put the sling on to take himself for another walk. We took another walk and they finally fell asleep around 11, just 3 1/2 hours later than normal.
